Our client is a leading RSL who are looking to recruit an Administrator for an initial 6 month fixed term contract. Our client is looking for someone who is organised, methodical and has an eye for detail, someone who would relish opportunities to develop and implement administration systems. In order to be considered for the post you will be conversant with Microsoft Office and experienced with system reporting Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their Voids, Allocations and Lettings Team. You will be supporting the Assistant Housing Officers with the allocations of void properties, dealing with Notice to Terminates to tenancy sign up. The role will involve preparing tenancy agreements for sign ups, creating tenancies and tenancy management on the housing system and assisting with Mutual Exchange applications and other administrative tasks. The nature of the role will involve juggling lots of different work to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills and know the importance of communication either by phone, email or letter. You will need good listening skills and have a can do attitude.
