On-Site Sales Negotiator - Reading
Our client is a leading RSL who are looking to recruit a Site Sales Negotiator for their Reading office. The Site Sales Negotiator is part of the National Sales and Marketing Team who are split across a country wide geography. Responsible for delivering the sales results on a wide range of properties and developments, the team are linked to our development teams and their focus is on improved Customer Satisfaction. Future focus for the team is on growth and development About the role You will become experts in selling the RSLS way and understand their products and organisational ethos. You will deliver the sales strategies on the ground and this role is instrumental in achieving their sales targets. It important to the success of this role, that you form strong links with the office team as well as on site. In this field based role, you will be required to achieve sales targets within agreed timescales and deal parameters, ensuring applicants for affordable sales properties are in housing need, and are able to maintain mortgage repayments. Furthermore, you will achieve customer satisfaction of 90% In line with Sales standards, keeping accurate, up to date records on Sales and liaising with other team members to co-ordinate – to ensure that the scheme is achieving budget and timescales. You will undertake regular property checks to ensure void properties remain presentable for sale and are secure to prevent loss to the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial property sales environment, with an in depth knowledge of all affordable tenure products as well as outright sale. With a sales focused mentality with a drive to achieve sales targets, you will have a strong understanding of the development/construction process and ability to interpret floor layout and plans. You will have and maintain local knowledge of the specific area and its housing market and will have the ability to manage and influence the legal conveyancing process from start to finish. With a solid understanding of the financial requirements to buy; including mortgage processes and financial assessments of applicants, you will have knowledge of handling lender and IFA queries and on site valuations. You will be able to work alongside Sales Team to deliver and review marketing campaigns and events. Able to prioritise with excellent organisational skills, you will be comfortable working alone and be self-motivated and meet personal objectives. With strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, you will be able to communicate clearly between internal and external contacts, building and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders. As this role will see you undertaking significant travel, you will be required to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
