Residential Support Worker
I am currently recruiting an experienced Childrens Residential Support Worker for a job based in Lancaster working with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is an established home with a strong management and support team, and they are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with children. The home offers well structured support in a settled environment, and has education on-site where the young people spend their days, they then have structured evening activities. The ideal Support Worker will be working in a team supporting the service users on a 1-1 basis, assisting them with daily chores, engaging them in arts and crafts and other social activities and enabling them to reach their full potential.
