Caritas are currently seeking experienced Residential Support Workers to join an established organisation that run a special needs school, further education facility as well as a residential facility for children and young people with learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The service is based in Surbiton, Surrey (KT6 postcode). As the service operates 24/7 you would need to be available to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekend working. Due to the remote location access to a vehicle is advantageous. This is a full time (36.5 hours a week), permanent position. The hourly rate of pay is £8.55; equivalent to £16,227 per annum.
