Business Development Manager ? Birmingham - ?50,000 An excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a Financial Services Organisation. You will target the IFA market in a designated region in order to generate new business and to encourage repeat business. Job Role ?To maintain effective business relationships with an existing client base which consists exclusively of IFAs. ?To develop an extensive client base ?Generate profitable sales of the service to independent financial advisers. ?Pro-actively pursue new prospects for the consolidated investment service and convert these to actual new business. ?Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by developing relationships with IFAs and encouraging new business. ?Follow up on mail shots and marketing activity to ensure that the information disseminated, has the desired impact and results I.e new IFA users. ?Maintain and enhance key contacts by regularly visiting existing IFAs. ?Update our client database on a regular basis. ?Achieve sales targets and contribute to the adaptation of the sales strategy in response to changing market conditions.
