Enabling individuals to self manage, participating in support plan reviews, providing one to one or group support, supporting users to work towards their identified goals and self-confidence are a few of the responsibilities and duties on this job description. You will need to have a good understanding of mental illness and previous demonstrable experience along with great communication skills. Access to your own efficient form of transport is essential as the role is across sites. This is a full time position of 37 hours, which will include weekend and evening shifts on a rota.
