Interim Service Manager
Interim Service Manager– Learning Disabilities £28,500 - £30,000 Contract until end of March 2015 (with a view to extend) Sheffield Hays Social Care is looking for an experienced, dynamic and creative Service Manager to be responsible for approximately 1000 hours of community services and supported living care for adults with autism and learning disabilities. As an experienced Service Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of staff teams and the services they deliver. This will include staff recruitment, development and performance management through to ensuring quality of care delivery. This is an exciting and varied role that will suit an individual who is enthusiastic, confident, is an effective communicator and has a positive attitude.
