Performance Manager - Customer Services

About the role We currently have an opportunity for a Performance Manager who will contribute to enhancing performance and call handling operational performance across specific parts of the business. You will support income management activities, including development and implementation of campaigns to support income protection. You will be responsible for increasing the customer experience and deliver operational savings by delivering against business objectives. The role will require you to work to continuously improve services across multi channels and meet challenging targets You will be manage a team of up to 5 team leaders, technical coaching and real time analyst coaching / real time creating a positive customer orientated environment as the front face of service delivery. Who we e looking for You will have the ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge and senior leadership experience of all customer service functions with extensive problem solving skills in a customer orientated business. The role will require you to have the ability to undertake robust analysis of performance and undertake positive measures to ensure challenging targets are met.
