Senior IFA Administrator - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire Salary up to ?21,000 plus benefits A professional practice based in Cambridge are looking to appoint a Senior IFA Administrator to provide support to the Paraplanners & Financial Planners who provide fee-based advice to wealthy private and corporate clients. The individual will be providing comprehensive support in a technical administration capacity and take on duties such as new and existing business, client and provider liaison, valuation assessments and client database management. Informing Company Directors of any communications received in their absence from the office ? Preparation of meeting documentation ? Fact find data entry into back office systems ? Undertaking product and fund research using research tools ? Acquisition of Key Features Documents and Illustrations ? Prepopulation of application forms and associated documentation ? Preparation of draft Suitability Letters ? Interpretation and summarising of fact find and meeting note records ? Processing of client applications ? Follow up any outstanding matters such as Underwriting, co-ordinating with the parties involved as required ? Obtaining policy and portfolio valuations ? Producing a portfolio x-ray to determine underlying asset classes ? Preparation of review reports using templates and standardised paragraphs ?
