Deputy Manager RGN/RMN
Hays Social Care is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for a well-respected dementia nursing home in Lee on Solent. My client is a family run business that owns a group of nursing and residential homes in the Hampshire area. Working in their purpose built nursing home, which also has plans for extension, you will be responsible for supporting the manager in the daily running of the home. As Deputy Manager you will be responsible for supporting the manager in the running of the home and run the home in the absence of the Registered Manager. You will also assist in ensuring the home is compliant, so an understanding of this is desirable. As Deputy Manger you will be involved in assessing, evaluating, planning and providing nursing care to residents with varying needs. You will also have responsibility for leading a multi-disciplined team of staff whilst ensuring all care-related documentation is completed in line with company standards. They are ideally looking for someone with previous experience to take the clinical lead in the home.
