Customer Service Officer required to join a busy Housing Organisation for a Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2015. My Client is looking for a Customer Service Officer to provide a professional, high quality, front line customer focused service and to carry out tenancy visits to capture data and offer welfare advice. Main Responsibilities: First point of contact for all customersEnsuring that all queries are dealt with promptlyLiaise with other teams, contractors and partner agenciesProcess customer enquiries and maintain all recordsProvide a range of administrative functionsComplete customer satisfaction surveys and outbound telephone activities Manage post handling, photocopying, typing, filing and incoming and outgoing mailProvide a range of financial service support Ensure that the Reception area is tidy and well stocked with leaflets and informationMaintain comprehensive knowledge of policies & procedures in relation to the role Understanding of key business priorities and performance indicators Represent the Customer Service Team on groups and forums as requiredProvide support and assistant to colleagues within the teamCarry out tenancy visits; collating household information, signposting and offering advice in relation to debt and money managementDevelop commitment to equal opportunities and to promote non-discriminatory practises in all aspects of work undertaken These main responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive list but to indicate the main responsibilities of the post.
