Client Service Administrator. My client is a small successful IFA practice who deal with high net worth individuals, now looking to recruit a Client Service Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director. Accountabilities: ? Manage the administration workflow. ? Develop, consistently implement and review processes. ? Receive and implement requests from Advisers. ? Register and utilise appropriate extranets/websites and other forms of e-business. ? Maintain up to date client files and data. ? Obtain illustrations, valuations and other information, etc. ? Process and track applications. ? Diary management ? for client reviews and planner meetings. ? Prepare annual review listings by month. ? Prepare and issue annual review data (fact find, etc) to clients. ? Commission monitoring and invoice preparation. ? Liaise with clients and providers. ? Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business. ? Undertake appropriate professional development and training. ? Report on key measures on a regular basis. Skills, knowledge and experience: ? Proactive, willing to continue to develop, enthusiastic. ? Highly organised, methodical, disciplined, and meticulous. ? Able to prioritise. ? Financial Service Administrator Salary: Up to ?24k pa ? negotiable depending on experience Hours: 35 per week Duration: Permanent position Working for a professional Chartered IFA firm based in the Centre of Solihull, my client is growing organically due to its strong links to accountancy firms. They are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to support 2 Advisers in a busy IFA practice. Responsible for managing day to day administration duties covering all pre and post sale enquiries, duties to include but not restricted to: ? New business processing ?online processing and by post for all life and pension business ? Switching ? online and by post ? Suitability letters ? Dealing with telephone enquiries with clients/providers ? Administration tasks such as filing/scanning/faxing ? Client schedules, including valuations A working knowledge of insurance company websites for processing online business and obtaining information would be advantageous. The job involves extensive use of Word/Excel and IFA?s back office systems. Experience in working for an IFA practice or an insurance provider is essential. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, be able to cope with the pressure of working in a small but busy office and to meet tight deadlines. Financial professional qualifications are desirable but not essential, knowledge and experience of working in financial services and a committed attitude to new challenges are more important for this role.
