This post is ideal for a qualified and experienced Nurse, either with General Nursing or Learning Disabilities Nursing. This particular location caters for Children and Young Adults in a school environment where a combination of education, social activities and residential care is available. Cerebral Palsy and other complex needs are also supported here. As a Nurse at this location you will be required to oversee the day to day care staff as well as work alongside the management. You will be expected to deliver the highest level of care throughout the service with an open and honest approach. Nurses who are passionate about care, hardworking and caring with both residents and families throughout will be key in this environment. You will be working alongside multi-disciplinary teams on a daily basis so it is imperative you can communicate effectively. To fulfil the ten key roles of the learning disability nurse.
