My client is a leading IFA practice who has grown through acquisition, the role is to support the successful delivery of the Firm?s workplace pension proposition to advisers and employers.
? Prepare and deliver all documentation required through the assessment, design and implementation phases of corporate workplace pensions.
? Maintain the high quality of workplace pension documentation used by the advisers including all client facing material.
? Oversee and approve workplace pension cases to ensure the best possible outcome for corporate clients.
? Attend pre tender, point of sale and other workplace pension meetings with advisers acting as a technical point of reference for information.
? Liaise with the stakeholders to the workplace pension such as the: employers; employees; payroll representatives; HR; management; providers and The Pensions Regulator.
? Design and deliver understandable and concise financial planning report templates to deliver understandable and suitable financial outcomes to our clients.
? Research and review new and existing legislation as well as technical product information.
? To be a technical point of reference for colleagues in respect of complex issues regarding workplace pensions and specifically automatic enrolment.
? Possess an already developed knowledge and interest in the concepts and requirements of corporate financial planning.
? Experience in the support of advisers and in particular in the preparation and delivery of research and suitability reports for corporate business.
? Aptitude in word and excel, knowledge of Defaqto and other research systems such as Avelo and/or Intelliflo CRM systems.
? Qualified (as a minimum) to Diploma standard.
? Previous experience gained within a large corporate / consultancy environment with previous automatic enrolment experience being an advantage.
? Experience of delivering mass pension benefit communications would be an advantage.
