Leasehold & Letting Administrator
Leasehold and Lettings Administrator required to start immediately based in Exeter. This is a temporary contract opportunity for an experience administrator to join a busy housing team. The team provide support and assist in the process of lettings and allocation of their properties, along with right to buy, leasehold, rents and downsizing. Applicants will have worked for a Housing Association or Local Authority, and have some understanding around housing. Most importantly candidates will need to be computer literate with all Microsoft Office programmes. The role will be to provide office and technical support to the housing officers and leasehold team. This is a full time position working 37 hours per week.
