Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position is responsible for the effective execution of administrative responsibilities for the business and offering support to the compliance and operations team. The role’s purpose is to offer business and administrative support necessary for the effective operation of a specialist recruitment business. Within the role are a number of duties and responsibilities which will vary depending upon the needs of the business at the time. The official job title is Junior Candidate Assurance Team consultant will be proficient in all aspects of the role but may be responsible for specific tasks/projects depending upon requirements. This SIMS administration role is a full time long term temporary position, working Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4pm. As part of this role you will be expected to produce reports using SIMS and manipulate the results once they have been produced. You will be responsible for registering new pupils on the database and the regular inputting of exam scores, personal information changes and achievements.
