The Admin Assistant will support the Supported Housing & Care department provide a range of services for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs, including registered & nursing services, supported living schemes and domiciliary care for people in their own homes. Based at our clients head office, the key responsibilities of this temp admin role will include manual record keeping (filing, maintaining paper records), data entry, typing, photocopying, opening/distributing post and answering phone calls/ ________________________________________ Requirements: The successful candidate must possess the following:Experience of manual record keeping / maintaining paper filesHigh level of accuracy and eye for detailHigh level of confidentiality and discretion; this role does involve handling very sensitive personal information about service usersStrong knowledge and skills in relation to MS Outlook, Word and ExcelFlexible approach and ability to respond to deadlinesExperience of working in an admin / customer service roleExperience of working within a similar sector (housing / care services) would be desirablePLEASE NOTE: The lifts in the building are currently broken and we are based on the 9th floor.
